When (approx Date) did you install your first Win10 Insider Preview build? This (Preview 14379 ) was going to be my first insider preview.. But Windows have a lot of issues (even in it's public releases) and I don't think that it would be wise enough to wipe out the Windows partition to perform a clean installation of the preview builds.. Though it still doesn't solve the Linux issues as I still have to either fire a vm and ssh into it or use my other pc/servers..
